Your account and use of the service

Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Use the service only where you have authority to do so. You are responsible for content and activity you submit or manage through your account.

Form creator responsibilities

Ask only for information you are entitled to collect. Explain your identity, purpose, privacy practices, and any eligibility requirements to respondents. Obtain permissions required for your content and processing. Protect downloaded responses and use them only for the purposes you have explained.

You control publication, response collection, deadlines, limits, notification settings, and review decisions. Publishing makes the questions available to people with the link. The official Yavqo badge is managed by the service administrator; it does not make every form an official Yavqo form.

Responding to forms

Provide information you are authorised to share. Do not submit passwords, malicious content, or another person’s information without an appropriate basis. The form creator is responsible for reviewing responses. A recorded response or an acceptance status does not itself promise employment, admission, a payment, or another benefit; any such arrangement must be confirmed separately by the creator.

Decisions can change. Your private status link shows the current recorded decision. Keep the link confidential because anyone holding it can view that limited status information.

Prohibited activity

Do not use the service for fraud, impersonation, unlawful discrimination, harassment, unsolicited bulk submissions, malware, unauthorised data collection, or attempts to access other users’ accounts or responses. Do not interfere with the service or bypass its access controls.

Content and privacy

You retain rights you hold in your content. You permit the service and its providers to host, process, display, and transmit that content as necessary to provide the features you use. This permission does not transfer ownership. See the Privacy Policy for information about accounts, answers, IP location, providers, and data requests.

Availability and notifications

The service may be interrupted or changed for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. Email delivery and IP-location accuracy are not guaranteed. Save any records you need independently and check the submission-status page for the current decision. A form may stop accepting responses when paused, unpublished, past its deadline, or at its response limit.

Suspension and deletion

The operator may restrict access to address misuse, security issues, or legal requirements, with notice where appropriate and practical. Creators may remove their forms and associated submissions. Copies already exported or delivered by email are not removed by deleting a form.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not specify an unconfirmed jurisdiction, blanket liability waiver, or a charge for using the service. Any paid offering requires its own clearly presented pricing and payment terms.

Questions and changes

Contact the form creator about a submission or decision. Service questions should go to the operator’s support contact once provided. Updates to these terms will appear on this page with a revised date, and material changes will be communicated as required.
